In 2022, Ryan Ng founded Walless Architecture. He is not your conventional architect but a creative collaborator on a mission driven by a profound passion for innovative solutions and architectural excellence. With over a decade of experience, Ryan brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to every project.

Before establishing Walless, Ryan was a Design Manager at one of Sydney's leading sustainable architectural practices, achieving a remarkable 100% development approval record. His portfolio includes highly acclaimed residential projects, recognised and awarded both locally and internationally, such as Totoro House and Living Screen House.

Ryan's journey is a fusion of cultures. Born in Malaysia and shaped by Australian and Japanese sensibilities, his work bears this unique multicultural perspective, appealing to local and global audiences.

As a father of two young children, Ryan profoundly understands the value of family and the importance of spaces that promote well-being. His dedication lies in crafting enduring family homes that elevate the quality of life. His architectural style is also infused with his love for nature. He draws inspiration from nature, often embracing the concept of ‘Wabi-Sabi’, the beauty of imperfection and impermanence, and ‘Teioku Ichinyo’, an exquisite harmony between the house and the garden.
